Cancellation Policy

Clear notice helps us protect project momentum, team capacity, and the quality of the work.

1. Client cancellation

You may request cancellation by emailing supportflowdigital@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect when acknowledged by Flow Digital in writing. Work completed through the effective date, committed third-party costs, and non-cancellable expenses remain payable.

2. Notice periods

For recurring services, provide at least 30 days' written notice unless your order form says otherwise. For fixed projects, cancellation terms are governed by the signed proposal or statement of work.

3. Paused projects

If a project is paused for more than 30 days because required feedback, access, assets, or approvals are unavailable, we may reschedule the work and invoice completed milestones. Restarting may require a revised timeline or fee.

4. Flow Digital cancellation

We may pause or end an engagement for non-payment, unsafe or unlawful instructions, repeated missed approvals, or material breach. We will provide reasonable notice where practical.

5. Legal review

This website policy is a practical baseline, not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before relying on it for your business.
