Policy · Updated August 2026

Refunds & Returns

Because Flow Digital provides custom strategy, creative, and digital services, our refund rules are designed around work already reserved, produced, or delivered.

1. Deposits and project fees

Deposits reserve studio capacity and cover discovery, planning, and initial production. A deposit is generally non-refundable once work has started. Any unused prepaid balance may be reviewed case by case.

2. Completed work

Fees for work already delivered, approved, or made available to you are not refundable. This includes strategy documents, design concepts, copy, campaigns, development work, reporting, and consulting time.

3. Revisions and acceptance

Each engagement includes the revision allowance described in the proposal. Requests outside that scope may be quoted separately. If we do not receive written feedback within 10 business days, a deliverable may be treated as accepted for scheduling and billing purposes.

4. Third-party costs

Media spend, software, hosting, stock assets, contractors, production expenses, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once committed.

5. Requesting a review

To request a billing review, email supportflowdigital@gmail.com with your agreement details and reason. We will review the request in good faith; this policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Legal review

This website policy is a practical baseline, not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before relying on it for your business.
